The Building Process

Our goal is to give you a product that you'll enjoy for years.

To accomplish that goal, we want to make sure you clearly understand the building process, from design to completion. Here's a brief summary of what we do:

Initial Meeting
We'll meet with you to go over your ideas; what you like and what you don't like. We want to know what's most important to you.

Budgeting
We'll discuss the investment amount you have in mind, and will give you the right solution based on your available budget. We'll also discuss fees for initial drawings.

Initial Items List
Once we've agreed upon the above points, you'll complete an initial items list (i.e. moving wall, finishes, counter tops, etc).

Draw Plans
This is where we get all the ideas we've discussed and put them on paper.

Review Plans
Next, we'll review the plans with you, so you can visually inspect your ideas and make more tweaks, if necessary.

Price Plan Per Changes
Now we start making calls to negotiate the best pricing for your project.

Review Pricing
After we've priced the necessary items, we'll review the project costs with you.

Proceed
Once everything is set, you give us the green light to proceed. At this time, we'll:
  • Discuss the project time frame.
  • Discuss the payment schedule.
  • Sign the contract.
Plan Approval
If necessary, we'll submit the plans to the local governing agency (usually the county or city building department).

Implement Project
We start working on your project. We'll stay in touch with you regarding the progress of our work.

Final Walkthrough
We'll walk you through the project with you. We'll explain maintenance and upkeep. It’s also an chance for us to spot items that need to be corrected or adjusted.
